fbajei Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided through the fbajei platform ("Platform"). By registering on fbajei or using the platform, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

• Account Transfer Prohibited: Transferring or selling an account to another person is strictly prohibited.

fbajei reserves the right to close or suspend an account, particularly when there is evidence of a breach of these Terms. In such cases, an attempt will be made to notify the user in advance.

fbajei supports the popular payment methods available in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal Time: Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer are accepted.
• Your Own Account: Deposits and withdrawals must only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Currency: All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

In cases of suspicious transactions or concerns about money laundering, fbajei may hold withdrawals and carry out a verification process. Withdrawals will remain on hold if the required documents are not submitted.

fbajei offers various bonuses and promotions. These bonuses come with specific conditions, and failure to meet them may result in the bonus being withdrawn.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, the total bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.
• Example:
  • Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
  • Deposit ৳22,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳32,000
• One Bonus at a Time: Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time.
• Bonus Expiry: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Abuse Prohibited: Attempting to misuse bonuses or obtain them through fraud will result in account closure.
• Right to Change: fbajei may modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The fbajei VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback and special benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on regular activity and engagement on the platform. fbajei reserves the right to modify VIP benefit terms, and full program details can be found on the fbajei Login page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fbajei platform:

• Using cheats, strategic software or bots to gain an unfair advantage
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Attempting to manipulate game results
• Coordinating with other players to harm the platform
• Using fbajei for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Harassing other players or engaging in inappropriate conduct
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform

If any of the above activities are detected, fbajei may immediately suspend or close the account and reserves the right to forfeit any deposited funds and winnings. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

The following general rules apply when betting on fbajei:

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Technical Issues: If a bet remains incomplete due to a disconnection or other technical reason, fbajei will assess the situation and make a decision.
